I Like To Go Braless

I am an average, middle-aged teacher. Although I have always been sexual, I've always carried myself in a conservative way. But recently, I feel the urge to test the waters. It began one day when my bra strap was just a wee bit wider than the top I was wearing. I kept trying to shove the strap back under my top and it kept moving, so frustrated, I took off my bra. Now I don't have large breasts (34B), although I do have large nipples. It was a floral print and I contemplated for a few minutes then decided to go out without my bra on. I'm sure no one noticed, but ever since then I feel like going braless more and more. I worry I will bump into someone I know. But the thrill of walking around braless, my nipples poking through my top, my breasts free and open is a feeling I absolutely love. It may not sound like a big deal to some, but to me it is a big thing.

It’s better for your breast health to keep your breasts free, keep your lymphatic system uninhibited, they weren’t invented until the early 1900’s by a man, let them wear it! It will keep your breasts perky and strengthen your chest wall muscles, giving you better support! I’ll fitting, tight bras may be a contributing factor for breast cancer. Women’s breasts haven’t fallen off in giving up bras!

@1pebbles Yeah, I don't have huge breasts and I don't walk around in anything see-thru or anything. I suppose it's just society making up these dumb rules. Yeah, at home I take my bra off the minute I come home. I do agree that being constricted in them all day can't be good for you. Thanks!

@alohamom I’ve thrown mine all out. Wish I had done it sooner. As you teacher, you can layer, incorporate vests into your wardrobe.

@alohamom that could be a problem! Get a light, unsupportive, thin bra that allow breasts to move freely

I see women walk around with no bra on all the time. You can barely tell in some cases. But it happened way more often than you think, and I believe they didn't think anything sexual about it, just comfort.
