“Your Eyes Are Bigger Than Your Belly”….Old Folks Used To Say This A Lot….
When we’d take more food on our plate than we could eat.
I must be Old Folks now cause I just said it myself about an hour ago. I sautéed sweet mini-peppers, grape tomatoes and chopped onion till tender and added 3 eggs to make an omelette. Should have made half that. But I persevered and finished off. Then an orange and now a sugar-free yogurt. That’s what happens when I skip breakfast. Oh well, it was all healthy food and I got my protein which I really need now.
