Yes I would just love to tie you up and turn your navel completely inside out until it is a nice outie belly button, Get a good grip on it with some vice grips, And then see just how far it can stretch out once, I have it out as far as it can come out. Grab the stretched out part and start working on the ligaments that hold it in. To see if I can get them to stretch out enough that they will no longer pull it back in, So you can pop it out and it will stay out or you can push it back in and it'll stay in.😎
