If you had 3 arms, what would you use them for?

i have actually thought of this as a Human Evolution thing, and having it be depending on which hand you are dominant with would be the side of the body the arm grows on, but id use my third arm to like hold flashlights, wipe sweat from my brow, carry a bag if i need my hands free for like doors or lights or whatever, to unlock doors if my other hands are full of bags, and really one of the standard human arms would be the third arm as whatever the lower arm is doing is the primary and the top arm is the back up

well I could eat, drink and pick my nose at the time time
