@FreeSpirit1 Got to love Lavender!🪻 There are several types available as essential oils and they all smell slightly different so are really interesting to compare them all if you especially like Lavender.

Most commonly sold and what most people know as lavender oil is true or English lavender (lavendula augustifolia) It's very calming and relaxing but look out for Spike Lavender or Lavendula Latifolia. It has a much higher camphor content so it's scent profile is stimulating a
medical and I think slightly eucalyptus like. It's great for respiratory conditions and clearing congestion. 🪻🪻🪻

@MethDozer I love to burn the green sprigs of cedar. The smell of that smoke is soothing to me. Also love to smell the trees when it’s really hot outside and they get heated up and it intensifies the aroma.

@JimboSaturn apparently it was very good for me though. Nan lived until she was 97 so she might have been on to something but yep.. definitely revolting 🤮
