My parent often ask me why I’m not seeing anyone. They want to know if I’m interested in getting married again. The truth is that I have someone I want to share life with. I have someone I love. But I can’t tell them the truth because they will never accept it. I’m sexually attracted to my own brother and he is the person I love. I know it’s wrong. But how can something that’s wrong feel so right?

Well, the societal taboo over love of family members does indeed cause a number of issues but incest is no longer the kind of taboo it used to be 30 years ago.

Now, you are both adults and if both are consenting and feeling the same way, then you should give it a try. You only live once and later will be too late to regret not having made the step. Just be cautious with offspring. That may be more of an issue than to love your brother.

My advice would be not to get involved with him, it will lead to too many complications and possibly prosecutions, depending on where you live.

You can technically give yourself up in adoption and come back as their daughter in law by marrying your brother.
