A certain amount of that is probably a function of how much effort people put into the pics (many women seem to put quite a bit of effort into pics of themselves, whereas many men seem to have an "its good enough" approach to pics of themselves).
That said, I would suggest that the percentage of women I come across who I find attractive is perhaps 50%.
