I think economics might have something to do with that. I think there's going to be a lot more people maybe living with their parents now than what used to be. It's not a proud position to be in but unavoidable for some. It may or may not make them a weirdo or undesirable once the situation and the person is understood a little bit better. I know some women that live at their parent's home that are way past the age for doing that normally. They are in and around your age group. I think economically it's going to get worse before it gets better for many people. (imho)

I have to agree though living in an asylum or prison would be deal breaker. 🤷

I always think that those kind of places have a damp problem and living in them causes breathing issues which makes people breath through their mouth instead of their nose. Breathing through your mouth, long term, makes your face unattractive. That's just one thing.
I have no idea why these guys are started to be hot though lol

My older son did not leave home till he was 28. Even then I had to remortgage the house so he could get a flat.

One of my female cousins lived at home till she was thirty. Then got married.

The poverty of England is far worse now.

I left home at eighteen though, and so did my younger son. He bought his first house at 23.

I know a young couple (in their early 30's, that's "young" compared to myself) who moved back into a parent's house when their rent TRIPLED! They lived there for a year, saved up, then bought a house, and are now happy homeowners.

Wasn't this philosophical observation addressed in that 90s film, Clueless? Basically it's stupid pretty people who reproduce, so yeah, natural selection, innit?

Apparently prisons have come a long way. Living in those costs more than a hotel, apparently. You're hitting the high-class folk 🤔
