This was appropriate for me to read today.

I am a big fan of Jane Austen, and today (July 18) is the anniversary of her death.

I just saw some photos online of people visiting her tomb today, and I was very moved.

I feel like I am commemorating the death of a friend.

I can identify with your feeling right now. Reading someone is a way to get to know them. And if you’ve read them long enough, you develop a kind of connection with them.
