These are very helpful for people with incontinence. (Not just the women's variety.)

If someone needs them, there is no need to feel ashamed of that.

I am not sure what we would be "voting" on here.

@DrWatson are they really considered underwear or diapers/pull-ups, i guess is what I'm ultimately getting at; i hate when they are referred to as pull-ups or diapers, but i guess they really might be, though I'm hoping the consensus is that they really are underwear....i know that's a lot, sorry
