I love this woman but I have to ask . Is this on purpose and if not natural why didn’t she get it done differently

Doesn't look natural... People want to keep youthful in a society that values good looks and youth over intelligence and charcter.
I think the attempt for the youthful look went badly here.
She seems intelligent , but beauty is still the way women get judged in our society.

Plastic surgery very often does not turn out just as the person might have wished for, no matter how much money they have.

An awful lot of cosmetic surgery turns out badly, much to the regret of the people having it done.

She should have left perfection alone..... ya know what i mean.... cuz i too love how she looked and then..welll...... BOOOM!!!!

Still stunning

She was not going to look like she did when she was 22, surgery or not. And she looks more youthful than many 58 year olds. She’s still rocking, as far as I can see.
