I don’t like Samsung appliances

@Jenny1234 I guess there's a reason I never heard of those

@pancakeslam I don’t like my dishwasher because It decides when it wants to work and when it doesn’t. It’s only a few years old. Bought a Samsung fridge that lasted less than a year. Their customer service is horrible.

I had the same problem with Samsung. Switched to Whirlpool, same thing. Switched to GE, same thing.

Finally got smart and went with Bosch.

@swirlie well thank you for that. I’ll look at Bosch next time for sure

They're more expensive up-front, but their reliability and warranty is superior to anything else on the market including Miele and LG.

@swirlie I’m willing to pay more for a better product

I bought a new dishwasher from Goeman's Appliances on King St in Kitchener and I've replaced it twice, each time costing me $800 for the same thing each time it broke on two separate units.

I then replaced the dishwasher with a Bosch, again from Goeman's and the repair guy told me that if I had purchased a Bosch in the first place, the part he had to replace each time if it were on a Bosch, would have cost me $60.00 plus labor and tax.
