@loveIy I understand. I was in London, and Southeast England, a few years ago and I did not see any topless women.

@HoraceGreenley Most people don't think it is legal. Even though when it's a hot day, you can see a lot of shirtless men walking the streets. There's no law forbidding women to act the same

@loveIy The only problem with that is people are so picture happy with smart phones. At least where I live, there are a few clothing optional spas one can relax at without the fear of being photographed.

@NaturalNel Yeah. People are so rude when they take pictures of someone without the person's permission. That's one problem I see. Cause it would stop you from going out like that. It's just like how people take photos of someone that dresses in a very different style compared to most.
