Did she have to go to court? Did the judge ask to see the evidence? Was she sentenced to his private chambers per English common law?

@yunnaf I don’t think she was ever charged . Streaming was an American craze at the time . It was short lived and the law was seldom used .
The judges would I’m sure love to have Erika in the dock as well as in his private chambers .
