On certain websites there are tips on offer for youngsters to get themselves a cougar. They use near to offensive language, and it bothered and still bothers me greatly. Now I see why I'm actually confronted with rude and wild behaviour, even from young women, that wouldn't have been possible to find only two decades ago. Somehow the norm is now changing into trying to make both the youngster and the older woman into mere objects in public. Gone is the privacy and secrecy offered of semi-private safe havens like a nice pub or night club where one could just sit and wait, it's now into the parks with a dog or join a local gym and find yourself a hungry cougar there. What the heck is going on? Are we turning ourselves all into mere commodities?
