Regular as clockwork, my morning exercises.
Ever since I began ballet, and gymnastics, when I was quite small, I have got up early to exercise and stretch. At least a 'barre' practice is performed by me each morning, involving a minimum of thirty minutes of ballet stretches and poses, and sequences, to keep my body ready to dance. It is essential for my continued readiness to dance.
It really is a lifestyle that you can never relax from fully, if you want to look good and get no injuries as a dancer. It is much the same as a gymnast. I workout, usually naked, at least an hour and a half a day.
