Why is it so hard??

I don’t get why I’m so bad at it. But I can’t seem to talk well or say the right thing when I’m around a girl I work with. I really like her and have gone on 1 date with her so far. But man, I just can’t seem to find my groove.

One issue I’ll admit is that I’m extremely new to girls and dating and all that shit. As I only started last year. I’m hoping things get better!
