Best place to approach women

According to some people you can approach women anywhere.

Where is the best place? Also all i need to do is a simple conversation and stop being outcome dependent

Ive always had the best..... and sometimes worst...... luck at work. i know, it can go really really bad. but, it can go really really good. i also had good luck online, at the flea market, and at the thrift store.

Go to a cafe with a bar table/seats. Sometimes there will be people there and you can strike up a conversation. Don't expect anything to come of it but it can be quite pleasant.
