I currently sleep with women in their early 20s. I am 52. Does it matter if I sleep with an 18 year old in your opinion?

It's not whether you have sex with an 18 year old that matters. It's how you got there. If you are respectful of her boundaries and understand that she is most likely less worldly than you, don't take advantage, and she feels good when it's over then it's fine.
