Was she hitting on me?

About a month ago I took an overnight greyhound bus. I was one of the first on and chose an empty row. There were other seats available and a young woman chose the one next to me. We briefly shared our names and where our final stops were. About an hour in we fell asleep on each other and woke up when we arrived at the station to switch drivers. Due to protocol, we had to all get off and wait in the station, which was very miserable at 3 am. Anyways, while we were standing in line, she comes up to me, gently kicks me, whispers "hey" into my ear, then walks to the back of the line. As you probably figured out, I am socially awkward and had no idea what was happening, let alone how to correctly respond if she in fact was. We had no further communications or interactions after that.
