Holidays really aren't that important to me. My father goes back to China where he grew up every year to celebrate the Spring Festival with his maternal family but even if I was staying in China at the moment I wasn't happy to see him. My mother and I were both born around the American Thanksgiving but it still isn't a big deal. My mother likes to cook big meals (against my father telling her not to waste food) but otherwise there's no real celebration.

Not as important as most, yet I most certainly am not as religious as most.
It's funny though, while it's supposed to be a religious season for most religions, what is pushed most has little to do with any beliefs.
It's mostly commercialism.

Only holiday that is all that important to me is Halloween.
