I Never Understand

The whole stigma and concern over age, or should I state age difference, between people.

There's 20 years difference between me and my fiancé...we have interests, we have differences, we have complimentary personalities. It's what makes us different to each other and it's also what bring people together.

There's always that 'outsider' viewpoint of 'Well, they must be getting something from this to stick around...', which insinuates money, property or status of some kind...and yet, ironically, what these people fail to understand is that we always get something from someone which makes us stick around!

I'm very Zen. I value peace of mind and happiness more important than the desire to make more money.

It doesn't interest me.

Likewise other people's thoughts.

I'm too busy living my life with those that I love to ever think about how I 'look' to others.

Didn't know there were as an age difference like that. He'd have wanted or had kids by now...so likely you'll not be starting a family anytime soon,or immediately 👀😋😜..

@HotPizza71 Yes, he IS that old! Lol! Actually Amber's wife is around the same age as Adrian too! We both got with older people. He has got a daughter, she's 23-24? Something like that. Lives state-side with his ex.

BUT...men can father children in their 90's. I'm only in my late 20's.

@HotPizza71 Hmmm....So, this is the thing! I really think that society has this 'thing' about age. Ok? So, how many times do we see someone 'older' on the news doing some crazy thing or other and the newsreader says something about their age? Many, many times. Which, to me points in the direction of this isn't 'off the norm', this is the norm!

Age is a state of mind. An attitude. Same as being a father.

If I was a partner with someone younger,I'd want to spend as much time with a child as I could,so I'd go for a child with you sooner,rather than later,so I'd reckon within the next 5 year's 👀🙏💓
