I Am Dating An Older Man

Well I WAS DATING AN OLDER GUY. It was the first I'm ever dating someone more than 2 years older than I am as I personally don't prefer older guys in general. I'm 23 and he is 38 years old. The relationship didn't last very long. Around 2months. There are too many differences/problems. I'm a university student just starting life while he's a grown man with two kids. I can't be a stepmother to those kids. I'm not ready for that at all. As time went by in the relationship I realized that it really wouldn't work after all. I understand his needs and I can't fulfill them. I hope we can be friends. I have no regrets but I won't date someone so much older like that again.
