And what happens if this guys releases crabs in your bed

If by “crabs” you mean pubic lice, putting infested lice or contaminated bedding in my bed could potentially expose me. They don’t jump or fly, and they spread mainly through close body contact, but bedding can occasionally transmit them.

If I thought that happened, I would avoid sleeping in the bed, wash the sheets on a hot cycle and dry on high heat, and check for itching or visible lice/nits. If I actually found them, an OTC pubic-lice treatment or a clinician/pharmacist could help.

The photo itself can’t tell us whether this person has pubic lice.

If you meant literal crabs, then I'd mostly be looking at pinching, chaos, and a very strange night.
