Please define "dirty old man"

I never understood this expression.
Just because I'm older and enjoy everything about sex , does that make me "dirty"?

Aren't older men allowed to be sexual?

Thinking it over a dirty old man is someone like me who would date a gal thats 20 or older. Who couldnt guarantee the world but could guarantee i could rock their world.
