Please define "dirty old man"

I never understood this expression.
Just because I'm older and enjoy everything about sex , does that make me "dirty"?

Aren't older men allowed to be sexual?

Dirty old men are those who openly flirt with people who are paid to be nice to them, like nurses, waitresses, airline stewardesses and cashiers. Those who feel women's bodies are free to be pinched and groped. Those who never miss an opportunity for an unwanted sexual joke or inuendo.

@FoxyGoddess Yes, and they see every woman, for their body and show an obsessive interest in the sexual. Even if it is very young women that could be their daughter or granddaughter.
