Not sure if you are still around, but I can give an honest and deep answer. I would even guess tis applies to both men and women. Every sex act has benefits and drawbacks...manual, oral, intercourse...and others if you are adventurous. I have found each carries a certain kind of touch and feel. Each also carries a unique connection as well. The sensations of a woman pleasuring me with her mouth or hands are honestly often more intense than with her pussy. My love for intercourse is not only the amazing sensations, but also the connection--our sex organs are connected and interacting with love (at least in my present, new relationship). That feeling of connection for me adds to the pleasure and joy. The pure physical stimulation is probably greater for manual and oral. Added to oral is the intimacy of the act, the giving that the woman does (or me to her). There is also some surrender and some power play...we are deep down animals in nature, wild beasts with instincts to have sex and procreate (we no longer must procreate--there are enough people now!). But we are wired that way. Just my experience and observations.
