It’s fetishizing black men, not treating them like human beings, but like sex objects. One one hand, a few might feel flattered that everyone seems to want to screw them without bothering to get to know them, but it’s often been the reason white men have felt threatened by them, to the point that historically they’ve castrated and murdered black men, especially when white women showed interest. Basically, it is deeply racist on a sexual level.
