I just ignore msot of them besides the ones I like

1490wayb · 56-60, M
train them like you would your dog and reward them when we do something right
Jexie · 26-30, F
@1490wayb That actually sounds profound
Ducky · 31-35, F
Finding the right one.
Jexie · 26-30, F
@Ducky Sometimes I think my brain isn't wired to be satisfied with anyone long term
PinkStarburst · 56-60, F
You don’t handle them…that’s too exhausting. I’ve learned that they are actually very simple creatures. Give them scratches, feed them on occasion, and let them kill spiders and fix something that isn’t broken.
Jexie · 26-30, F
@PinkStarburst But when I like someone I can't help but talk to them most of the time, and they can be demanding and sensitive
PinkStarburst · 56-60, F
@Jexie See, demanding doesn’t work for me. I don’t care how much I like them. I get the sensitive part as long as it doesn’t turn needy. Liking someone shouldn’t lead to being overwhelmed by them. You do you.
Jexie · 26-30, F
@PinkStarburst They're not actually demanding tho. I just find men overwhelming. If they're not, I feel underwhelmed and bored, which is strange
Sandcastler · 26-30, M
it rather depends on the man I'm afraid
Miram · 31-35, F
You don't handle anyone.

It either aligns with your needs or doesn't.
Jexie · 26-30, F
@Miram Can anyone fully fulfill your needs?
Miram · 31-35, F
@Jexie

The relationship fulfills your needs. And that's the results of efforts from both of you.

That's why I said "it".

I am fulfilled in a personal level.
