Is it true: Men get better with age while women decline in looks and fertility?

@MommySon Women ages faster than the Men, I mean a 50 year old man can still look handsome and on the contrary a 50 yrs old woman looks quite older.

@Malai I have spent most of my adult life in fitness clubs. I know women in their 50s and 60s that look 20 years younger.
