Are you sure you understand female anatomy?
The erogenous zones are either too high, (or inside to be touched). A women has to literally lean far forward, or clench her thighs tightly together and rub herself against something to achieve that sort of stimulation.
Sitting down and shifting in their seat isn't enough to cause sexual arousal.

My point was - the chances of a guy sitting on his balls is about the same as a woman getting off rubbing on a chair.
