Why is it that Republicans love fetuses but they don't care about sick people who need medical insurance? WTF?

For those needing financial assistance. Or those on death row. Or the homeless. For the victims of shootings. For people who commit crimes to support addiction and mental health disorders.

If only they were white fundamentalist Christians who didn't speak for themselves. Then they could be assured of votes in the future.
