I knew one drunk who could remember about 90% when drunk
@Viper @Gangstress @GohantheThird I think the fact is it depends: some people remember, some people don't. If he says that he doesn't remember, he might not remember, it might mean he's lying, or it might mean it never happen. We just don't know.
