You may think you're not a Calvinist because the building you sit in on Sunday has a different brand name on the front, but you've clearly bought into that aspect of their philosophy even if you can't admit it. It's certainly declining in the places I mentioned, saying it isn't is denying reality. The fastest-growing religion worldwide is Islam, mostly due to a high birth rate among Muslims.
