A question for the Atheists. Which is more disconcerting to you, Roman Catholicism or the Seventh Day Adventists?

If you were a landlord and you were looking for a tenant, who do you go for?

(You only have a single occupancy tenancy available and all the Atheists nearby live in a special camp on the outskirts of town so thats too bad, you can't rent your property to one of your own people I'm afraid).
