For all the atheists out there

What evidence do you have that proves to you that there is no God? Is the "there is not God" a statement simply a statement of faith?

I'm always amused at those who claim proof that God doesn't exist. You cannot prove that something doesn't exist.

@BizSuitStacy That's the thing. There is no proof. The idea of God is a deeply human one born out of humanities lack of understanding

It's on the people making and extrordinary claim to provide evidence

@Gloomy I never said I could prove it, though there is ample evidence. The fact that you can't prove God doesn't exist, means His existence is indeed possible.

@Gloomy Can you define proving a negative? If I give you a box and claim that it is full of paper all you need to do is open the bos to prove that there is no paper in the box.
