Science and Evidence

Skeptics constantly throw the word evidence at believers as if it has some spectacular meaning. Is that too difficult for you to understand? Does not compute?

First of all when you give a dictionary definition of the word evidence to a skeptic it is evidence for the word evidence, but a skeptic will say it doesn't mean much. Definition of evidence: "The available body of facts or information indicating whether a belief or proposition is true or valid." Two important points: first the evidence is used to determine if true or not, and second it includes whether or not a belief as well as proposition is true or valid. Truth is defined as a fact or belief that is accepted as true.

Either way you look at it believers have more evidence and truth than science because they believe it more and it is accepted more. It's almost completely meaningless. Saying science has the evidence is like saying you believe current science to be a valid belief. These facts may change but we are told by science to believe them. For now. We evolved. There was no flood. We are not religious because we don't believe there are any gods. We believe there are no gods. We have no way of knowing what a god is.

Atheist look at God as a mythical, magical sky Daddy.

Atheist can believe that the Big bang singularity brought everything into existence from nothing so says Hawkins. Some scientist are trying to prove Hawkins wrong.... But The entity we refer to as God couldn't do it as far as their concerned __ God said **Let there be light**___ and at the singularity there was a burst of microwave radiation light, invisible to the man's eye but it lit up the known universe and they can still see remnants of it in the sky today.

Atheist can believe that life started on Earth through a process real life sprung up spontaneously - called abiogenesis. Yet they refuse to believe that the entity we call God, who is the ultimate scientist could not create life.

And they refuse to see that the creation as it is written in the Book of Genesis coincide with how science has determined life on Earth began in order........ And they'll say something like God created the sun and the moon after he created plants and the plants need sun and moon to live. They don't understand that God himself is light and a light so bright man cannot look upon him. Himself and the light he created on the first day sustained the plants until he put in place the Sun and Moon to sustain them throughout the established time...... Then there are those who will say science says animals came before plants __ well science has learned they miscalculated how old plants are and they are hundreds of millions of years older than first thought. And the new dating for plants coincides with the emergence of animals sponges and all.

And they would rather believe that we are all highly advanced fish since science say we humans animals alike evolved from fish.

@SDavis Question. Do you know how many gods there are? Now and throughout history? Thousands. So why would YOUR god be the "right" god? People worshiped the sun far longer than they worshiped your god. Why would they be wrong but you would be right?

@Ynotisay I think I have done more studies than you and yes I know there are many different named gods.

Can you say as an absolute that it's not the same God? Worshiped by different cultures around the world throughout the ages, worshiped in their way and given a name according to their language and culture......... Can you not say as an absolute all of those thousands of Gods were not the fallen 200 watchers that co-mingled with man and set themselves up as gods and were worshiped as gods because they were supernatural entities. Either is possible !!!!!

No you cannot say that as an absolute but neither can I just like an atheist can't prove God doesn't exist neither can believers prove with tangible physical pro of that God does exist. Heck scientists know it's impossible they don't even tackle it........

Extraterrestrials is what they're called today........ And if you actually open your mind and think about it God even from all of the cultures __ the Angels or any other little god from any of the cultures _ the devil or any evil being from any of the other cultures are not from Earth.

I nor Christians can prove in a tangible acceptable way to unbeliever that we are right and others are wrong. Either you believe he is the creator or you don't.

He didn't just pop up one day with the Hebrews, he's been here and he has been with all the cultures and he chose one particular people to leave his word through.....
