What do you think of the nurse that was fired for not saying the rosary prayer with a patient ?

Edit: the woman was a home health aid who apparently may have known that this was a requirement.

She didn't get fired for not reciting the rosary. She got fired for breach of contract. Part of the contract was to recite the rosary which she did not do. Kind of like having a janitor that won't wash the floor. Fire the bum (s)he is not doing the job.
