Their individual elements and their unique chemicals get all mixed up, creating new molecules and compounds, beautiful dreams and incredible feelings.
Together standing on the beach looking into the horizon, as a tital wave rises. Getting bigger and bigger and coming closer and closer.
Facing its all consuming wrath and their own powerlessness to stop it, they clasp their hands even tighter together. They know all that they've built and achieved, all that they value most is coming to an end.
They know they should be running in terror, but ask themselves, what good would that do? That this moment is all they have, no.. all that they've ever had and all that they ever will.
The mountainous wave grows and grows as it approaches. Causing the urgency required for everything inside them to catch fire, and it all starts to burn, everything except the good they've shared with others, the connections they've made, and the love they've felt.
Now facing the very mouth of oblivion itself, blocking out even the sky above them, as the tsunami starts to white cap and curl itself over them, getting ready to swallow everything they've ever known, even their shadows.
He smiles without a care in the world, realizing what he's been looking for his entire life, the only place he belongs. He has never felt so lucky to have such an opportunity to live in this moment with her.
Turning to the face of one another he says to her, if you don't let go, I won't let go, then she says to him, if you don't let go, I won't let go.
This is beautiful. You can feel that depth of consuming love. The heartache but the joy that comes with it and the inevitable end that comes for us all.
