I woke at 5:30 am and couldn't get back to sleep. So .. I got the camera out and caught the morning moon before some exercise and a nice morning walk with my Dad.
Always nice to visit, but I'm looking forward to being back home full time.
@BrandNewMan Back in the 70's pilots would come back from the range and we would find half burnt joints on the floor of the cockpit. That didn't happen after Reagan was elected. 😉
I'm glad you had a lovely visit with your family, but there is truly no place like home. Enjoy it for all it's worth though while you have the time and ability.
@BrandNewMan Ah, I didn't realize you were going through that. I guess it'll be home sweet home again soon enough. It's nice you have roots to move back to as well. Hopefully that divorce moves along smoothly for you..
@BrandNewMan nice my dad bought a pricy camera awhile back too and was taking moon pics not as sharp as your tho i don't think he had the same zoom lease he wanted to go to the bay and take pics of the eclipse but never did
