You would need full, elaborate life support systems on both bodies. You would not be able to walk about "outside" unless in a space-suit with breathing-air supply.
The Moon has no atmosphere and any little water it may have, is probably buried ice. Your suit also has to protect you from solar radiation there.
Mars has a very thin atmosphere but it is mostly carbon-dioxide; and also has little or no water on it as far as can be determined. It is also very cold.
The other planets of the Solar System would likely kill you outright.
