It's really really really not easy for Scorpio to trust. And when Scorpio doesn't trust you, the ways Scorpio does things that can make you feel like Scorpio can't be trusted. For examle, a girl who liked me and who I liked, she asked me how old I was, I then told her my actual age, and she thought I was lying because I looked much younger. She also asked me to move to another city with her and I didn't give her an answer. And then one day, she all of a sudden disappeared.
