I used to be into this. So, I'm just spitballing here, but...
Sun-Saturn-Mars conjunction in Pisces in Fifth House - You've got Pisces characteristics, but being so close to Aries and with Mars mixed up in there, you have a ton of Aries characteristics too. Saturn has a moderating influence on some of the more out-of-control elements of both Aries and Pisces. This is a good way to be. The Fifth House is a very creative house, so if you ever wanted to get into a creative hobby or field, that might suit you well.
Moon in Aries in Sixth - The emotions come out in the workplace.
Uranus conjunction with Nadir - Chaotic upbringing/home life. Looks like it might be squaring your moon, so this probably has a pretty poor effect on your emotional well-being.
Venus in Taurus in Seventh - Looks good for long-term romance. Taurus implies that you'll be more "slow and steady" in your relationships. Trine with Jupiter is good for just about anything, and in this case it's good for your romantic relationships (esp. if one leads to marriage).
Libra Ascendant - Despite all that's going on under the surface, you probably seem pretty even-keeled to most people!
