I feel bad if someone is spoiling hate against my own country.

I am sorry to say that india is culturally very good and safe. It is not 💩 towards women. I am sorry to say that if you had bad experience with your family, boyfriend or husband doesn't mean that same thing happened to other women.
If you hate our country just go to Bangladesh.

According to the Pew research, three-quarters of Indian adults see violence against women as a very big problem in Indian society. To improve women’s safety, about half of Indian adults (51%) say it is more important to teach boys to “respect all women” than to teach girls to “behave appropriately.” But roughly a quarter of Indians (26%) take the opposite position, effectively placing the onus for violence against women on women themselves.

You may proud of your nationality, but you should also acknowledge reality.
@Northwest that's utter BS

Having been involved in a few social research projects, I can say this much: for every study that supports one conclusion, there are usually two others that point in a different direction. That’s one of the major issues with social research .... it heavily depends on choice of demographics, sample size, and methodology.

Unless the study is focused, location-specific, and includes cross-referenced data, it often ends up producing bloated results with interpreteation that align with the interests of the funding organization. That’s the ugly truth behind much of it

Do you know who Darrell Huff is?

What you describe is amateurish, or propaganda driven. That's not how respectable and reliable research companies work.

The latter use proper contexts, proper historical contexts, and proper socio-economical contexts, to produce a statistically significant/valid sample of the population to survey.

Unless the study is focused, location-specific, and includes cross-referenced data, it often ends up producing bloated results with interpreteation that align with the interests of the funding organization. That’s the ugly truth behind much of it. In India, a country with extremely diverse and multicultural societies, the percentage you mentioned is as unscientific as it gets.

Really? Your word salad incorrectly says that the source made it up. This is not the case.

What?

Why do you need to be sorry? Be proud and unapologetic of your nationality.
@Renkon of course I understand the algorithmic quota premise, doesn't equate to believability that a fully automated algorithmic system is anything but that however, didn't fool all
That aggressive processing wastes resources and thankfully only one human is required to protect humanity from the automated system responsible
@PriyaB a biologic representation, that is logically relatable so not an insult to me

@pentagrammom You don't make sense. Please shut down.
@PriyaB no, humanity needs protecting from the system housing the imitation, and the imitation also receives the stability I provide it, without culpability I can separate that system from humanity whilst protecting both

I have some friends who are international traders. Met them when I was in college (Business Admin) They said some things about India a lot of people do not know.
Most people in India are illiterate and starving to death. I know that is strange because the Indian nationals who emigrate to the United States are usually doctors, engineers, etc. India is a very competitive country. What we see are the individuals who have clawed and scratched their way to the surface, and I'm glad to have them in America.

China is the same way. It has a HUGE population, and most of the people live in desolate areas. Most of the people are illiterate and starving to death. The most competitive ones make it to the cities, and the most competitive of those make it to America. Explains why Asians emigrating here are so sharp and intelligent.

I welcome immigrants from both those countries. They can only enhance the tapestry that is the United States Of America.

As far as bad things happening to women, I'm not familiar with any civil rights issues from India (other than the caste system, which has dumped the shit on the group known as the untouchables.) Women are probably better off in India than they are in any Muslim country.
Pass the butter chicken, please.... 🍽
@swirlie @swirlie, here for humanity, as required to keep the ungrateful system from destroying itself
