The initiative that was assigned to me was meant to be built through collaboratory and participatory method

But people were too slow and passive. I had to use dic-k-tator-ship skills to get the working going and force them to commit to their roles.
79% of the work is already done because of the threat of my rage ☠

I always complain about Algerians being lazy and slow because I have worked with south koreans, Japenese, Chinese..and I really really love their work ethics.

Working with people from all over Asia now , even from the previous context, I realized that passiveness is contagious. If someone doesn't set the rhythm and organize, everyone slacks.

Medical sciences peeps are more active in those countries compared to educational sciences, maybe because they experience largely differing work environment.

Also, educational sciences, human rights in relation to policy making is entirely different in pace in practice. So slow.. as well as lot of theory without application. It would burn people out eventually.

In medical sciences you know that knowing is doing. And that's what you engage 99% of the time.
