I tried to reverse image search it, and didn't get much...

But two things...

One was Hebrew

And the other was Chinese mixed with nonsense symbols and what I could figure out look like like it was promoting

And Nepal is between the two Bihar India and China.

But like I said, those look like images, not characters to me.

@MrGomco Yes looks like a lighthouse to me, and that one to the left looks like absolutely nothing to do with language.

The closest thing to language I see is of the very far left of the fan in tiny writing, that looks like it could be language, but the rest looks like images, one small character on the very right top of the fan.

I reversed image searched it, and of the two links it too me to, one was Hebrew... but it was just Facebook in Hebrew, which I assume means someone posted that picture of their Hebrew Facebook page. So that probably means nothing... but I was mentioning in case you need to know and are going to track this down lol, that might be one angle to look lol

The other link, was to the non-sense page which had some Chinese and seemed to be advertising Ashirvad Packers Movers: Top packers and movers in Bihar India.

@Viper Yes that's almost exactly what I have scanned, That seems to make more sense than the other side, do you think the characters in the orher side are too old to be deciphered or are they simply non-existent?

I didn't think they're characters.

Of course there is new and old Chinese, which I know nothing about, but you seem to be hinting at...

If you own it, then I'd look at those characters at the very far left, as those look more normal
