ANOTHER FOUR HANGING UPSIDE DOWN GYMNASTICS STORIES! ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ™ƒ

PARTNER HANDSTAND ARGUMENT! Once upon a time in gymnastics class the gymnastics coach Miss Sarah asked the gymnasts to go in teams of two and take turns doing partner handstands! A partner handstand is where one gymnast does a handstand and the other holds their legs! Two girls named Molly and Millie were best friends so they teamed up! Millie asked "hey Molly? Which one if us is doing the handstand first and who is the spotter?" To which Molly replied "I should do the handstand first, I cannot wait to go upside down today" so Molly did a handstand and Millie grabbed Molly's thighs to spot her! Millie proudly said "nice handstand, I got you" and Molly while in a handstand said "don't you dare let go" and Millie while spotting Molly's handstand said "okay I won't but I want my turn next" and after another 10 seconds Millie said while still being a spotter for Molly's handstand "can I have my turn now pretty please?" But Molly said "not yet, I'm enjoying the upside down view, just spot me a little longer" but Millie said in temper "it shluld be MY turn by now, I'm letting go" and Millie let go and Molly stood up and said "your SO mean, for that I'll only spot you for THREE seconds" and Millie replied "I spotted you for quite a while, didn't I" and Molly said "just DO the handstand already so I have have my turn again" so Millie did a handstand and Molly only spotted her for five seconds which made Millie mad and she said "we are supposed to be friends, partner handstands are when you take turns spotting yet you only want the handstand so I'm stuck spotting too long, I'm not partnering with you again" and the gymnastics coach could hear them both arguing so she came and told them both to apologise and told Molly she has to be the spotter as well as the handstander so she is in time out! After than stern lecture both girls took equal turns being a handstander and a spotter doing partner handstands so remember gymnasts in partner handstands you share turns and must be a spotter as well as a handstander! The end! ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ™ƒ

HANGING UPSIDE DOWN AND READING! Once upon a time a young gymnast naked Lucy LOVED hanging upside down by her knees from the monkey bars in her garden! She had her own monkey bars and gymnastics bars in her garden that she used to hang upside down from and read books! Lucy read the Harry Potter books while hanging upside down and she read her Disney picture books while hanging upside down and she read Alice in Wonderland while hanging upside down and she read her children's picture bible while hanging upside down and she read her school books ehile hangibg upside down and basically Lucy LOVED to read books while hanging upside down! Lucy believed gymnasts should read books while hanging upside down instead of reading books sat on a chair! Lucy read read and read and read all while she hung upside down! The warm summer sun would shine on Lucy's bare feet hooked behind a bar as her knees were bent over the monkey bars! Her mom would sometimes say "it this how gymnasts read? UPSIDE DOWN" to which Lucy would smile and in pure happiness say "Mom I just LOVE reading books while I'm hanging upside down" and so Lucy hung upside down high in the air on the monkey bars in her garden and read many books and she even took books to gymnastics lessons with her so she could hang upside down from the gymnastics bars at the end of class to do some reading! Lucy wanted to break the world record for the most books read while hung upside down and she was sure to someday break that record! The end! ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ™ƒ

GIANTS ARE SCARY! Once upon a time in gymnastics a gymnastics coach named Miss Rachel was gonna teach the smaller children giants on bars! A little girl named Susan was super scared! Miss Rachel would spot each child ages 6-8 in a cast handstand on the high bar and then spot them and spin them in a handstand! The children did not have to do much work as Miss Rachel would hold them and spin them so they get the feel of the giants so they can find it easier to actually learn them when older! None of these children could do giants yet but they didn't need to as Miss Rachel would hold them in a handstand and spin them and all the children had to do was keep hold of the bar! Susan was terrified of doing a handstand so high up in the air on the bar and then doing giants looked even scarier and she was about to cry! When it was Susan's turn she sadly had tears in her eyes and Miss Rachel said gently "awww, what's wrong sweetie" and Susan cried "I'm scared" and Miss Rachel lovingly said "I'll hold you and I won't let go, it will feel like a roller coaster and you'll feel a tickle in your tummy but I promise I'll keep you safe, lets give giants one go, if it gets too scary you can scream" so Susan grabbed the bar and Miss Rachel lifted Susan's legs making her do a handstand, Miss Rachel held Susan in a cast handstand for around twenty seconds saying "point your lovely little toes to the ceiling and keep hold of the bar and I'll do the rest, if you tuck your head in you can see Miss Jones and the older gymnasts from an upside down angle, tuck your head in and take a peak" and in a cast handstand Susan tucked her head in and Miss Rachel asked "see Miss Jones? Is she upside down?" And Susan yelped "yep" and then Miss Rachel said "ready firat spin" and she spun Susan around the bar keeping her in a handstand shape and Susan let out a slight scream and Miss Rachel lovingly said "it's okay, I got you, three spins this time" and Miss Rachel gave Susan three more spins making her do another three giants all while Susan's screamed and Susan in a cast handstand said while laughing "THAT'S FUN, SO FUN" and Miss Rachel put Susan back down and gave her a high five and that is how a gentle coach teaches giants to younger children who cannot do giants yet but with spotting they get the fun scary feel of going upside down super high and spinning fast and become braver as well which will help them learn giants themselves when a little older! The end! ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ™ƒ

HANGING UPSIDE DOWN AND EATING SOUP! Once upon a time a gymnast named Lucy LOVED hanging upside down by her knees from the monkey bars in her garden! One day while Lucy was hanging upside down, she happily dangled her arms below her head and admired the upside down view of her garden while her mom made broccoli soup! Lucy loved her moms homemade broccoli soup and knew how much Lucy loved hanging upside down so thought as a treat she would spoonfeed Lucy the broccoli soup while Lucy hung upside down! So instead of calling Lucy into the house for dinner her mom walked outside onto the garden carring a spoon and Lucy's broccoli soup and told Lucy as a treat she can be spoonfed broccoli soup while hanging upside down! Lucy got SO happy so she dangled her arms below her head and smiled as the blood rushed to her head and fingers! "open wide my little upside down gymnast" said mom as she spoonfed the liquid green tasty broccoli soup over and over until it was all gone all while Lucy stayed hanging upside down! Lucy felt super loved and later came into the house to hug and thank her mom for the gymnastics treat of letting her eat soup hung upside down! Lucy was one lucky gymnast for sure! The end! ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ™ƒ
