How old is too old to start gymnastics? Sadly I think I already am.😓

@MilanoBoy There is no such thing as too old in my book 🙂 But people become more self-conscious with age and that can be just as much an obstacle as lack of flexibility, etc.

Awww, thank you. I hope you're right. I definitely feel self-conscious about my body sometimes, but hopefully gymnastics would help me get over that.
