It is now twenty years since Tony Blair deemed it illegal.

And here is my local council removing it

@OogieBoogie Yes, the council does that despite the objections of shop owners and local residents. The area is full of small art galleries, second hand bookshops, bric a brac, cafes, and music bars. Very lively and Bohemian.
