This subject hits me hard, I don't think I have been touched or cuddled for so long. I really on asmrs to get the tingles I used to get having my hair brushed and I miss physical affection

@stound have never had physio but had massage therapy for my mental health, so amazing but so expensive 😫

@Beautifullyderanged yeah, even with insurance, physio was kinda crazy. and at least what they were doing on me was pretty much massage.
